Finally finished recruiting for 2024 SA (non target / non div) and happy with how it all played out, although from what I've heard this year has been pretty tough to recruit. How did you guys make out / was this cycle actually harder or am I missing something / what was helpful for you? Curious to know others perceptions on everything
