2024 Summer Analyst Recruiting Outcomes
Finally finished recruiting for 2024 SA (non target / non div) and happy with how it all played out, although from what I've heard this year has been pretty tough to recruit. How did you guys make out / was this cycle actually harder or am I missing something / what was helpful for you? Curious to know others perceptions on everything
had more than 2 dozen interviews before landing an offer which i took. didn’t think i would be at the shop that i will be at. but happy i have something, j know a lot of ppl who r freaking out dn
