2.3 GPA, 3.2 Finance GPA

Hello guys.

So I go to a non-target but top 30 school. I screwed up and skipped half my classes, always thaught gpa was irrelevent until this year when I started applying to jobs. I have a 2.3 GPA total, I just graduated. I'm an economics major and my major GPA isn't really much better. I do on the other hand have a 3.4(also bad I know but in retrospect...) in the finance/business/and financial econ classes that I took(11 courses total).

I put N/A in the GPA field for my applications last year and managed to get all the way up to superday for a BB believe it or not. But i managed to screw that up and now I'm left with an unpaid internship at a search fund and an offer at northwest mutual.

  1. What do you guys think I should do? Which offer should I take? Can any be leveraged into an IB role within the next 6 months to a year or should I take the CFA and try to transition to IM/AM?
  2. Are there any analyst programs at BB banks I could realistically apply for this summer?(operations, pwm)
  3. Considering that doesn't work, with a CFA and a 750+ on the GMAT what are my prospects at attending a top 15 MBA program?

P.s. if it makes any difference, I have internships at big 4 advisory and corporate development at a startup.
