3 interviews Treasury Analyst, Financial Analyst and IT program

ok so i have 2 round 2 interviews and 1 phone screen interview. The treasury role is at a regional bank, the duties mostly include forecasting and financial modeling. The HR person said the interview would be a 4 hour interview (he initially said 1 hour but the Hiring manager wanted to change it to a panel) this suggests to me they aren't interviewing too many people

The IT job is a program within my current company. the pay is 51k. here is the job description

The candidate(s) will have the opportunity to gain IT experience in one or more of the following areas:  Order Management  Manufacturing  Planning/Forecasting  Distribution (warehouse management)  Financials

Upon completion of the training program, the trainees will serve as a full-time Functional or Technical Resources on one of the Global Supply Chain (GSC) IT internal teams.

So would this be a good move for someone with an accounting degree? What would be my career options after this stint with IT?

The 3rd one is a financial analyst 1 position at Cleveland Clinic

I'm really pushing for the treasury position because it seems to have the best career path and the pay would seem to be better. Can anyone comment on my situation?
