3 Middle-Office Positions - Which One To Pick?

Although most people here are client-facing, I was wondering which groups of MO will tend to have better exposure to financial tasks that will best light up my resume for exit opportunities toward client-facing roles?

To be more specific, I may have 3 potential offers: 1) a Deals Team Specialist role supporting credit financings and structurings, 2) a Trade Support Analyst role supporting interest rate and currency swap transactions, and 3) a Trade Support Analyst role supporting the Fixed Income, Mortgage trading.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated!
