3.2 GPA rising sophomore

I'm a rising sophomore with a 3.2 GPA at a semi-target. I'm doing an online internship this summer for a boutique investment management firm, and I have leadership positions in a few big clubs on campus (non-finance related), but otherwise nothing. How screwed am I for recruiting next summer? Should I start reaching out to some alumni through LinkedIn? I can probably only get it up to 3.5 max before the spring.
