50 cold call with no lead?
I have made over 50 cold call and email and now we are approaching April. Should I continue on? I feel like at this point, there isnt much I can do to secure a summer placement.

Try to find a list of every boutique in cities that you are interested in and keep going
Keep going buddy! Try to focus on other corp fin or finance related roles as well. Secure those and then push more for recruiting when school starts.
How do you guys look for companies? I m relying heavily on google and google maps. But I feel like I will only get the big companies. I don't have physically access to the buildings and look at the directory.
Capital IQ, Linkedin, M&I has a list. Try your school/career database as well. Alumni or friends can also help out based on their contacts.
It might be too late to get something for this summer, but if you're serious about getting into banking later you should start spending at least 30-60 min per day working towards it.
Go with Stepback's advice. All you need is one good interaction to potentially get things going. Search Linkedin for any alumni, ask professors for any alumni they know if you can't find them on Linkedin. If neither of those work, start sending cold emails through Linkedin (you can find good initial reach-out templates on WSO and M&I).

Alright, I ll give it another week. I have sent out mass emails to one person at every boutiques I could find. Which is about 10. I will call each and everyone of them this upcoming week and hopefully I can land something. Thanks for the help.
