Was in same position as you as a sophomore in the spring. I had a 3.5 and was hesitant to apply to spots because at a semi target, I knew I needed at least a 3.7. Some banks have insane deadlines before I was able to bump up my GPA so I had no choice but to apply. However, to the banks that had applications out early, and deadlines after I finished my spring semester, I waited until I got my GPA up.

Do you think I should network tho now over the phone with analysts and send my current resume?

I mean you do not have much of a choice. Networking is how you get the interview. I always put my resume at the bottom of my emails. If they asked how I was doing in school, I told them that my GPA would be at a 3.7+ by the end of the semester. They appreciate the honesty. Do not sweat it. Own what you have and just grind grind grind this semester. It is all worth it. Just put your head down and eliminate the distractions around you
