Whats a good question to ask female analysts after the info session? I am more interested in the culture of the company. I tried asking before but the answers I get are very generic, like, "Yes, it is still a boys club, but our company's culture is very good..." Which doesn't really tell you much. And I would rather not ask the culture question, since it seems so common. I am more interested in how is it being a woman in ibd? "Do you ever feel like you are treated differently?" "Does a career in ibd prevent you from dating?" Obviously, I would not ask this after the info session but something along those lines.

You can ask questions about women in senior positions in the firm/in the group. Whether or not women choose to stick around and are respected enough to be promoted tells you a good amount about the female experience at the firm.
