AB is rumored to be moving out of nyc and to Tennessee I believe. It was in WSJ. So that might be a negative if you wanna stay in nyc and grow your career. What’s the position? If it’s ops, I would go with UBS, if it’s related to buyside, I’d choose AB.

Is this an equity research associate position? If so, then it depends on which industry and how the analyst is ranked. Generally speaking, AB's ER department is very well regarded.
