AB VS UBS
I have two job offers: Alliance Bernstein and UBS which company is better to work for? It is the same position at both companies. I am young so take into consideration the ability to grow, make money, have fun, and diversity is also important!
AB is rumored to be moving out of nyc and to Tennessee I believe. It was in WSJ. So that might be a negative if you wanna stay in nyc and grow your career. What’s the position? If it’s ops, I would go with UBS, if it’s related to buyside, I’d choose AB.

Is this an equity research associate position? If so, then it depends on which industry and how the analyst is ranked. Generally speaking, AB's ER department is very well regarded.
