ABS vs. RMBS structuring offers

Hi - i have offers to switch to both an RMBS and ABS structuring desk. What would you choose and why?

The RMBS desk has a flatter structure and better hours, but it seems as though they are focusing mostly on whole loans and re-remics these days. Additionally, it seems like the job is not very analytical, at least less so than securitized products (ABS).

Thanks.
