Accept JPM Operations Internship in hopes of something else next year?

Hi all,

I'm in a situation where I have an offer on the table for JP Morgan Corporate Analyst Development Program summer internship. This particular program matches interns with one of the teams in the office, but from what I have read, it is largely within operations at JPM. My fear is that by taking this internship, I will be locked into a career of operations, which is unappealing to me as I would rather at least have the option of a FO job later in life.

So my question is...do I accept the operations offer at a great name BB, or decline the offer in hopes of getting something more in investment services, with the risk of ending up with nothing?

Thanks so much!
