Accepted summer risk analyst position at BB, worried about rescinded offer due to not updating resume with GPA

As the title states, I accepted a summer risk analyst position at a BB. Currently my background check is being processed however the resume I submitted states I have a 3.44 GPA, at the time of my application this was my GPA. However, it has dropped to a 3.32 due to lackluster performance last semester. Should I be upfront about this and contact HR preemptively or should I keep my mouth shut and wait until I am asked about it (if i get asked about it)? I did not lie or trie to be deceptive about my GPA, just simply forgot to update my resume. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
