Adding Springs to your CV recruiter perspective

To give some context, I applied to Springs last year and got one; however, I then decided to switch courses at the same uni (target), so I have reapplied this year for Springs, as I am a first-year now.

On my cv I have put the spring that I attended last and year and my new graduation date (2028) but I have still left my previous start date of 2024.

From a recruiter perspective if this a red flag ie does it raise too many questions when they read my cv? I have not been getting any responses from firms even though my cv is infintelty better than when I applied to springs last year. I am considering either giving a CV update and removing the spring or purely emailing hr to clarify any confusion.

Am I shooting myself in the foot here?
