First name
Never use Mr / Ms. They're just normal people and like being treated like it, generally. Ofc don't start email off with 'brah' or anything, still be polite but you don't have to be overly formal cause it makes it awkward.
"Dear Kind Sir, Master of the Universe,"
That'll definitely get their attention. But in all seriousness though, address them by their first name.
If it's a cold email to an MD that's outside of your network/circles then I'd recommend addressing them as Mr/Ms. in your first email and then see how they sign off when they reply. If they sign off with their first name (which they probably will) then use that moving forward. It's always better to be safe than sorry just in case the MD is an old school type guy
Terrible advice. Maybe in another field I don’t know. In banking we greet bankers and clients alike using their first name
