I am a sophomore looking to break into IB. I have a 4.0 am in leadership roles in 4+ clubs. I go to a non-target school so am worried I won’t be able to find a summer analyst position for summer 2024. I currently have a corp finance internship lined up for summer 2023. Any advice?
Network with people at the banks you want to work at. Good luck
you should be fine if you network a ton. at a non target signed for a BB next summer had worse stats than you and was able to get interviews; non-diversity. can pm you if you want.
