Have been busy recruiting after lay-offs and have an offer for AGC Partners - read a lot of negative stuff but I'm very interested in the MM tech space (hoping to start my own co some day) and think this could be a decent gig.
Only concerns are comp and culture. Also if anyone has a view on exit opps from the firm, would be welcome.
Any insights more generally would be greatly welcome!

Absolute sweatshop, base and bonus are both below market and they take pretty much every deal that comes in resulting in high volume / low success & quality. I had a superday with them a couple years ago and clearly remember the CEO yelling at whither employee in front of the candidates. Says all you need to know
