Already have a FT job offer and want to switch. Help

Hello everyone,

I am a senior from a non-target school. I accepted a job offer with a RE Capital Markets firm a few months ago and continued recruiting to find better opportunities. I recently landed another offer that the more focused on transactions and aligned with my goals. I have been doing a lot of research on reneging an offer and I want to do it anyway, The only thing that I am not sure of is - do I accept the new offer after I renege, or do I accept the new offer straightaway and renege the old offer?

Really appreciate your time and help.
