Alternative Career Options Due to Recession
There is a good chance that many of us at my firm aren't getting return offers due to the recession. I'm trying to plan ahead and assume worse comes to worst, and chances for re-recruiting for IB/PE will be pretty tough. What are some finance jobs that pay well and would still be plentiful in this environment? If I get this job, I hope to work for a few years and transfer to IB once the economy improves. Thanks.
Some ideas I had in mind:
- Commercial Banking
- Big 4 Audit
