Am I Cooked for Networking

I’m a sophomore recruiting for IB, but I haven’t sent many networking emails out yet to the banks I want to work at. I’ve sent out like 50 emails total and had 15 calls, mostly concentrated on one bank I got a sophomore internship at.

I go to a target school (think Ross, Stern). Since the holidays are approaching, am I cooked? Also, are there any dates when I shouldn’t send emails?

I just feel like I’m not building a substantial network at these banks. Partially because I’m getting ghosted (especially at GS, MS, EBs), partially because I need to send out more emails. Would love advice if it’s getting too late.

30% hit rate is not bad at all. Just keep emailing?? WTF is your point? In the time it took you to write this post you could've sent 3 emails which would statistically net you one call.
