From what I have heard on this forum, a 3.5 GPA or better is normally a cut off. However, since you are from a Target school, I think if you work your connections and network at the career events you have a good chance of getting an interview. Also, if you can show your major GPA is higher than your cumulative GPA that would be positive, and if you have relevant work experience that will help. Make sure to get good grades this semester too.

 

you need to network somehow...if you go into the application process without a signle connection and your GPA is 3.2, you probably wont get a 1st roudn interview
