Just like there is a BIWS guide for bankers and WSO guide for IB, is there anything I could use for ER/AM?

1) Be confident about and capable of expressing your passion for investing in whatever style the firm you like has. 2) Be very up to date on the markets and current events relevant to business. 3) Have 2-3 companies you know cold, and make sure if you're touting your PA investing experience that you know every one of your holdings at least decently well.
