I’m a minority woman in my team (a well known EB that word on the street is culture is great). I recently joined and I’ve been having a very hard time fitting in, what’s ironic is that I bonded more with white girl than people of my own race (I feel they don’t really exactly like me but don’t have evidence). How should I best position myself to fit in, or should I not care at all?
