Analyst job possible at Point72 without quant/CS skills?
Is Point72 a firm that will hire analysts who base their research/investing skills on fundamentals, as opposed to quantitative skills? I'm not a quant guy, nor will I ever be... just wondering if it's worth pursuing a job at Point72 if I like investing long/short based purely on fundamentals.

yes, P72's main bread and butter is still fundamentals backed by quant/data work. They'll try to teach you to use easier stats like regression, etc, but the heavy lifting will be done by the quants
but tbh, I haven't seen anything great from p72's quant efforts.
