I got a call from someone in HR whom I interviewed (superday) with this weekend. She said to call her back for an update regarding the superday. I called her back as well as sent her an email and have not heard back. I called a second time and got the voicemail after two rings, I did not leave a message the second time. These are my worries/questions in order or implausibility:
a: Has calling twice affected the decision/could it affect the decision?
b: Would they call to reject me and/or extend the review process?

HR doesn't make the decision, unless you are applying for an HR position. Recruiting season is their busiest time of year so they are likely swamped. A phone call is usually a good thing so relax.
