Antitrust lawyer exit strategies to business

What are the best strategies for going from lawyer in antitrust big law (Europe) to a business role? I'm still young (law is undergrad here) and in the long-term I'd rather work in a business/finance position than advise on very specific legal issues. Short-term goal is IB/MBB consulting for the technical skills - while long-term is one of the many exit opps IB/Consulting give you. The possible selling points of antitrust are that you get to develop huge industry knowledge (i), work on big transactions (ii), and the non-technical skills that come with big law (iii), e.g. long hours, precision, drafting.

The easiest strategy is probably an MBA in a top school (US or Europe), but I was wondering if cheaper and faster ways exist - especially considering that M&A lawyers can actually do the jump with some networking.

Does someone know ex antitrust lawyers that moved to IB/MBB consulting (mainly in Europe, but since career paths are sometimes similar I'm also curious about the US)?
