Any advice for a confused 2nd year student?

Hi! I am a second year student in a semi-target in Canada.
Just found the forum and got to know that some 2020 SA positions are open lol
However, I just started looking for internship for this summer and even haven't decided which way to go
Super anxious and confused now, any advice?
Do I still have chance/enough time to prepare for the 2020 SA? What can I do this summer?
Thx!!
