Any Appalachian Monkeys?

Background: I'm a 4.0 student from a non-target trying to break into IB. I'm a triple major, speak four languages, and still can't seem to get anywhere. I would love to try and get into one of the Latam groups since I speak Spanish and Portuguese. I had no idea what it was before I went to college due to having an overall low social capital, which is derived mainly from my background. Is there anyone from Appalachia that has made it into IB or some other form of HF? Ideal situation would be to find a HF firm in the region so I don't have to live too far from home, not sure NY is the place for me. Chicago or Atlanta might be better. Thanks!
