And how old is too old to make the switch?
My degree is a bs in econ, but I've been doing IT work for the last 15 years. 41 now. Did some dev work for a hedge fund way back when (too long ago to be relevant today alas). Any realistic chances of breaking into the industry, or is this a young man's game?
