Any job agencies in NYC that will pay you the finance company's actual salary ($50k-$100k per year)? Instead of $15 an hour?

Hello, I have been applying to finance jobs for many many years. And I still dont have a finance job. I want to try my luck in job agencies that specialize in placing finance candidates. However the ones that I tried only offer me jobs for $15 an hour making cold calls like a call-center sweat shop. (The $15 an hour comes from your normal wage the finance company pays you; say $30 an hour, and then the job agency subtracts their "cut" for getting you a job nobody wants, so you are left with $15 an hour from the job agency)

Anyone know of any good job agencies in New York City where they place people in finance jobs AND they actually give you the actual job's salary (say $50k-$100k per year) instead of stealing part of your hard earned salary to $15/hour or $30k/year?

I know there are a lot of finance/accounting temp agencies in NYC. Can anyone give me the names of the good ones who wont steal your wages? Thanks.
