Any S&T analysts at top banks who did international relations with an economic focus?

Hello, It is me again. So i am thinking about switching my major to International Relations with and economic focus because University of Michigan Economics is killing me and my gpa is suffering. I had interviews with BNP and Goldman Sachs S&T last year when my GPA was 3.5 and now it has gone down to a 3.2 and its pretty nuts and I am quite pissed. If I do major in it, would taking financial courses through Ross Business School and taking my series 3 really play up my interest in S&T? Help, I don't know what to do!
