Anyone ever went to a job interview where the recruiter had already made up their mind beforehand to reject you? And time wasted

Anyone ever went to a job interview where the recruiter said "We are looking for someone with more experience." or "We have other more closely qualified candidates than you." and get rejected?

If so, you ever think "WHY THE FUCK DID YOU CALL ME TO COME ALL THIS WAY FOR AN INTERVIEW JUST TO TELL ME YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH MORE EXPERIENCE!?",

And also think, "YOU HAVE MY FUCKING RESUME IN FRONT OF YOU, YOU COULDN'T HAVE TOLD ME THAT OVER THE PHONE OR EMAIL?"

Yes, I've been in that situation before, it can be annoying. I have also gone to interviews I had no intention of accepting.

But try to do everything for the benefit of yourself. Either gain connections, polish your storytelling, generate interest, get better at being comfortable in different situations etc.

Everything is a market, try to always get more for yourself in the exchange.
