Anyone have an interview for FT yet?

Just wondering if anyone has applied for FT and gotten an interview yet.

Also, if you apply and you are a top canidate, will you get an offer to interview within a week or two? Or do they wait until recruiting is an end and review all resumes at once?

I don't know about the US, but for anyone applying to London, as far as I'm aware, most places are recruited on a rolling basis, except Goldman. So get the applications in early!

I, too, dream in color and in rhyme

How do you know about GS?

I have friends from this summer who have interviewed and accepted offers at some of the Charlotte firms.

MM IB -> Corporate Development -> Strategic Finance

I have two interviews today: one for a top MM and another for an elite boutique.

Which ones? All of the ones I have spoken to have not even started their process yet.

Also interested in this -- unless you're referring to WFS. Also spoken to many of the Charlotte firms and they are getting started with recruitment on Monday (9/10).

Accelerated interviews have happened and offers have been extended at many places. I also know some people who have interviews at elite boutiques this week.

"Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way. In twenty years, if you're still livin' here, comin' over to my house to watch the Patriots games, still workin' construction, I'll fuckin' kill you. That's not a threat, that's a fact.
