Appearing Unenthusiastic = Automatic Rejection?
It is no secret that interviews prefer candidates who appear "excited" about the role. However, some candidates, particularly some introverts, just do not come off as enthusiastic even when they are interested in the role. Are these candidates at a serious disadvantage for appearing "unenthusiastic"? Just how important is appearing unenthusiastic if you give good answers to behavioral and technical questions?
