Apply ASAP or Wait for 2021 SA?

Background on waiting:

-At my university, we have a summer semester lasting until late June.
- Current GPA is 3.44, but at the end of the summer will be at a 3.5.
- On-campus Leadership: president of my school's finance and investment club, president of a smaller finance club, and captain of my school’s powerlifting team.
- I have an internship lined up at a top asset management firm (think Amundi, PIMCO, etc.) for FI Trading starting in July listed on my resume as “Incoming.”
- I have been networking with alum to try and tip the odds in my favor.

Would it be best to wait to apply until I have a higher GPA and can populate the bullet points for my upcoming role on my resume, or apply ASAP?
