Applying to every USA job
Applying to every job
Is applying to every financial analyst/Accountant/FP&A (basically finance jobs that are not IB/VC/PE/HF/etc ) job that I see in the USA a feasible strategy to try and get a visa to eventually work in the banking industry? Or they are as likely to not sponsor visas at all and it’s just a waste of time? As an European finishing their master’s in finance . Thank you in advance for the replies
I don't think it's a good idea, but the strategy could work because the chance increases with each new entry.
Not a good idea because it's a waste of time, or because firms in the industry won't really care about that job on my CV even if it's already in the USA?
Disclaimer about myself: I'm currently in a wealth management internship and I end up having lots of free time during my work, and since I have glassdoor alerts for finance jobs in major cities in the USA I thought I might as well use that time to apply to them (through the companies' website), my thoughts were just that it couldn't hurt doing it
