Aptitude Tests for Non-Grad positions?
I am applying to two junior positions at DB and Macquarie which are advertised on their careers website in the 'experienced' sections. Although these jobs are advertised in these sections they are for 0-1 yrs experienced candidates. I am wondering if aptitude tests are given to candidates fro these non-grad program positions?
I don't know if it is relevant but I am expected to at least be invited in for an interview for both of these positions because I have a contact at both of these firms who are helping me 'get in the door'.
An example of these jobs are:
- 1st yr (0-1yr experience) MO business services analyst at Deutsche Bank
- Trader assistant (MO) at Macquarie (no specific experience required)
Any suggestions as to the likely requirement of an aptitude test for non-grad positions (in this case MO roles) would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Charlie
