Are there superdays for the lateral process? I'm currently at another bank and not sure how'd it be possible to take off 3-5 hours on a workday. Do people take personal days to interview, or are there just multiple interviews in a week?

I think banks tend to be more flexible / understanding of the fact that you have a full time job
I had one. It was 7-11am on a Friday (virtual). Pretty easy to claim an early dentist/doctor appointment.
1st rounds were always just 30 minutes. Second rounds were typically 30 minutes and I’d just schedule them in the evening after I went home. People are flexible
Did you get your offer? Curious about how long it took from superday to verbal / official notification
At the firm (EB) with the super, no. But I heard back within 48 hours. I ended up getting an offer at at a BB (GS/MS/JPM) a few days later and I think it’s a much better fit just based off of all the hoops the EB wanted applicants to jump through.
Congrats and hope you like the new role! How long did it take for the BB ago notify you after the final interview?
