Asking friend in different division for BB referral
Hey! I'm a sophomore and a very good friend of mine is currently a first-year analyst at a BB, but they are in S&T in NYC and I applied for IB in NYC. I'm in the middle of recruiting right now and have not done much networking, but it would be great if they were able to give my application a bump. Since they are in a different division but in the same city is this even possible? I hope I'm not being naive here haha. Thanks!
