Asking the Void for Advice - Fall (Off-Cycle) Internships

To any drunk passerby who may have wisdom to share:

-I am interning (IB) next summer in Toronto at a Canadian bank and I go to a Canadian school.

-I have the ability to take an internship from September to December 2024 given how Ive structured my degree. (only one semester to go after my internship next summer, so I can do May-Aug 2024 Toronto, Sep-Dec 2024 internship 2, Jan-Apr 2025 graduate, then start full time summer 2025)

If my target is to land a BB/EB... what's my best bet (for an internship... nevermind full time its too early)? London or somewhere else in Europe? Im not entirely sure how off-cycle recruiting works for globals in Canada, and I doubt scoring a NY internship is an easier possibility. How would recruiting look for this?

If anyone out there has advice/suggestions, Id greatly appreciate it!
