BAAM 2nd round 30 minute phone interview for PMG Analyst at the undergrad level

Hi,

I am a 4th year undergraduate studying finance and management at a top 3 business school that uses the case study method.

This Friday, I have a 2nd round 30 minute phone interview with BAAM for a portfolio management Group Analyst position.

Can someone please assist me in sharing what I should expect in this round? What exactly is being sought out and what is the interview format? How technical is this going to be?

In the first round interview, there were technical and macro questions. Each time I answered something, I was told "let's dig deeper" till we were about 8 levels deep.

Despite being a very narrow and focused career path with limited exit opportunities, this is one of my dream jobs.

If anyone could shed some light on what to expect in the 2nd and possibly final round, share some insight on the daily grind of a PMG Analyst, kinds of questions I should expect, BAAM's interview grading metrics, and possible exit opportunities, I would really be grateful.
