Similar situation

Don’t hate going to work but damn these people are weird. Super odd characters across the board

Luckily feedback is good so I think they are just odd people and like it that way. I will wait for the 1y mark and see if I get used to it otherwise will try and move. Life’s too short to spend most of my days around odd people

always easier to get a job when you have one. agree with above - start searching. find as many coffee chats / lunches / happy hours as you can and the opps will start to come in (not to mention headhunters). and while ur stil there, figure out what skills / experience you should work on that will make you better in the next seat and consciously foster that. will make the rest of your experience more tolerable. good luck!

OP, relate to this, in a similar situation. Firm's culture is a fraction of what it once was (based on what others have told me and turnover) and what I'm learning from this job is already starting to plateau. Thinking of pushing through the 1-year mark, though.
