Bad Idea? Pride Programs While Closeted
Is it a bad idea to do a program exclusively for LGBT people while I'm still closeted? In my college town I'm out, but my family does not know. Could this backfire on me? I'm from a non-target and really like this firm so I am thinking that the benefits out way the risks.
