Baird IBD vs GS IMD FT
I have received a FT offer from Baird IBD and potentially a FT at GS IMD in SLC. I am wondering which one will be a better choice? Thanks.

take baird unless you want to be in SLC. GS SLC does not carry the same weight.
Don't take an offer in SLC.
Go Baird.
Is SLC that bad?
.
if i were you, i'd also take baird (assuming you want to break into IB). solid mm firm with good deal flow, you'll get good experience and if you're interested in moving firms, you should be more marketable.
SLC is full of Mormons too
Thank you guys for all the valuable advice, I am going to take Baird then.
Good stuff... Could anyone elaborate on the ER team in slc ? Thanks
Seconded
From what I've heard, it's a 2 year stint in SLC then San Fran or NY. But you have to make up a year when you transfer. I did an internship w/ Baird this summer and will be at GS SLC in December. I quite like GS SLC, I don't think it's as bad as everyone makes it out to be.
