I'm a sophomore international looking to recruit for Summer 2023 positions. Which banks currently sponsor visas? Are my chances higher in NYC or HTX?

GS, BofA, CS, DB, EVR, MOE, PJT, JEF, WB, Nomura, SocGen (feel free to comment others).
I actually recruited for both NY and HOU and most of the interviews I got were for NY if that means anything.

I was also an international student that went through IB recruiting. Chances of sponsorship are higher in NYC, but my best advice would be to graduate in a STEM major so you can get 3 years of OPT. If you have that you can get a job anywhere without even thinking about sponsorship
