I am very late to the IB recruiting as I didnt know I wanted to pursue it till late. Any insight on which banks to target, obv looking at MM/BB that are pretty early in their recruiting process.
Additionally, which banks do you guys think are the easiest to end up in with minimal networking? Any ideas or are they all pretty much impossible without a referral/target school
