BB BO-MO Career/Salary Progression
I will be a JPM CADP SA in London, a BO-MO role. I was wondering if someone could give me an overview of career and salary progression over time (Analyst-Associate-VP, etc), as most forums are FO-focused only.

you need to be more specific about what that role actually is.. Whether it's Risk, Equity derivatives operations, portfolio allocation, treasury all have wildly different ceilings
