It really depends on what you want to do in the long run...

For example, Its going to be really hard to transition from BB midle office to front office (without an MBA). I'm not saying its impossible; however, the odds are slim. However, if you plan on getting your MBA down the line in order to get into S&T, for example, then the BB middle office role may be the way to go. This is solely because your 'story' when it comes to recuiting at the MBA level will make more sense...
