Has anyone ever interviewed with BCG, specifically for experienced hires in NY? Someone I know had an interview last Friday (4/24) but has yet to hear back from them. Does it typically take a week to hear, or is no notification a sign that you have not moved on?

Based on insights from previous WSO threads, BCG's response time after interviews can vary. However, it is noted that rejection calls often come quickly, typically within a day or two after the interview. If no rejection call has been received, it might be a positive sign, as candidates who progress to the next round often experience a longer waiting period before receiving updates. For example, final round invites might be communicated later in the week following the interview.
In this case, since the interview was on 4/24 (Friday), it is reasonable to expect updates by mid to late this week. Patience is key, as no news could indeed be good news.
