Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance vs CBRE

I graduated from the Master's program in real estate and got two offers;

one is Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance for the Commercial Property Valuation team

and other is CBRE for the research analyst position.

If I want to become a valuation professional or pursue a real estate investment career, which one would be better as a starting point of my career?

Just a note: BHSI is a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway group in reinsurance division.
