Best arm of big 4?

Obviously didn’t land an investment banking offer. What is the most compelling arm of the big 4 in terms of experience/exits? Also, is there a large discrepancy between each firm?

another route is Tax...its not sexy...but after 5 years you'll be making ~150k as a new manager, and you can then leave to your buyside a clients and within 3-5 years be making over 300k.  This is a stable career.  You could also go to law school to become a tax lawyer and then make 600k-1mm / year (this is high because very few people want to be tax lawyers...so supply / demand pushes up compensation)

the plus side here is that ANYBODY with half a brain can get the entry level tax job at the big 4...they need bodies to fill these seats...so this is a safe backup career plan if IB doesn't workout for you

just google it...you're welcome

Good points, but I think I'd rather kill myself than be a tax lawyer. Have you tried reading some of those tax codes, it'll put anyone to sleep.

you are not the only person who thinks that way...which is why tax lawyers make so much money.  if you think about the work you'll be doing in IB for the 1st 5 years...its not any better....and tax lawyers work much better hours for way more money.

juts food for thought..

just google it...you're welcome
